Luxury Automotive Business Development Executive

Auto Glass is looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to acquire customers in the premium and luxury automotive segment for our automotive glass replacement services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire luxury car owners requiring windshield and other automotive glass replacements.
• Build relationships with luxury car dealerships, workshops, PPF studios and detailing centres to generate referrals.
• Develop partnerships with car brokers and insurance professionals.
• Generate leads, conduct field visits and convert prospects into paying customers.
• Build a strong network to generate consistent business and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

• Experience in sales or business development preferred.
• Strong communication, networking and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel across Pune for client meetings.
• Automotive industry knowledge and existing connections are an advantage.

Compensation

Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives.

Pay

₹12,500.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
