About the Role

We are looking for a smart, confident, and result-oriented Travel Sales \& Operations professional who can handle customers end-to-end, create customized itineraries, design tour packages, and manage travel bookings and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, understand travel requirements, and convert leads into bookings.
• Prepare customized itineraries and tour packages for domestic and international destinations.
• Have good knowledge of European countries, tourist attractions, hotels, and sightseeing options.
• Explain destinations, packages, pricing, and travel plans confidently to customers.
• Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, transport providers, and other vendors.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive rates and better deals.
• Manage bookings, confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and customer support.
• Ensure smooth travel arrangements from enquiry to trip completion.
• Follow up with customers and achieve assigned sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in travel sales and operations.
• Strong knowledge of international destinations, especially Europe.
• Experience in itinerary planning and customized tour package creation.
• Excellent communication, sales, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to manage vendors, close deals, and handle customers independently.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple enquiries and bookings.
