Senior Enterprise Sales Lead
Senior Enterprise Sales Lead
The role
Fonazo is hiring a Senior Enterprise Sales Lead to open, close, and expand accounts with the largest companies in every market Fonazo serves.
Fonazo is an AI Voice Agent Builder. A business describes the agent it needs and launches it in about two minutes. Every agent carries its own phone number, speaks 76 languages with mid-call switching, reads emotion, sends WhatsApp and SMS in real time, connects to CRM and calendar systems, and reports every call through Fonazo Analytics. The Global Compliance Engine is live in India, the US, the UK, Germany, and France. Pricing is published in INR, USD, EUR, and GBP.
The mandate has two halves. First, win the top companies in BFSI, healthcare, real estate, logistics, ecommerce, hospitality, and government. Second, take Fonazo everywhere inside them: one domain goes live, is handed to the delivery team with a complete brief, and the next domain in the same account opens.

What the role owns
- The full enterprise cycle: target list, C-suite outreach, discovery, live demo, commercial proposal, security and compliance review, negotiation, signature.
- Direct relationships with CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and heads of customer operations at the top companies in each vertical.
- A cost-avoidance business case for every deal, built on the buyer's own call volumes, staffing cost, and conversion numbers.
- Live demos where an agent is built in front of the buyer in two minutes, in the buyer's language, for the buyer's use case.
- Compliance conversations with legal, risk, and procurement teams, presenting the controls Fonazo enforces in each country.
- Account expansion from the first domain to every domain where a phone call happens.
- A clean, accurate pipeline and forecast in the CRM, reviewed weekly with the CEO.
- Market feedback to product: what enterprises ask for, what blocks deals, what competitors quote.
The handover model
Every account follows the same five steps, and the seller owns the first, second, and fifth.
- Land. Close one domain with a named executive sponsor, for example collections, lead qualification, appointment booking, or customer support.
- Hand over. Deliver a complete brief to the Forward Deployed Engineering team within 48 hours of signature: use case, call flows, languages, integrations required, compliance scope, success metrics, and stakeholder map.
- Go live. The delivery team deploys. The seller stays on the executive relationship and out of the build.
- Prove. Fonazo Analytics produces the results the sponsor committed to internally.
- Expand. Take those results to the next domain owner in the same company and repeat from step one.
A handover is complete when the delivery team can start work without a single clarifying question to the customer.

- Financial fluency to build and defend an ROI model in front of a CFO.
