We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to lead Pharmaceutical Sourcing, Supplier Partnerships \& Strategic Procurement.

KEY REQUIREMENT

• Candidates must have strong experience in Pharma Sourcing, particularly in

• Finished Goods sourcing from Third-Party Manufacturers

• Loan Licensing for export markets

• Strategic supplier development and management

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement robust, cost-effective sourcing strategies

Identify, evaluate and negotiate with global suppliers

Build and maintain a strong base of strategic suppliers

Monitor supplier performance across Quality, Delivery \& Cost

Conduct market research and develop risk-mitigation strategies

Lead, coach and manage the sourcing team

Manage budgets, track spends and prepare MIS reports

Qualification

Graduate / Post Graduate in Pharmacy / MBA preferred

Supply Chain Management certification will be an added advantage.

Preferred

Candidates with experience in the Pharma OSD / Formulation industry.
