About this job

Make outbound calls to potential customers and business clients.
Follow up on enquiries received through IndiaMART, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
Generate leads for modular office furniture and office interior projects.
Explain company products, services, and offerings to customers.
Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team.
Maintain customer information, call records, and follow-up status in the CRM.
Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into sales opportunities.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly targets.
Send company profiles, catalogues, and product details to interested customers.
Prepare daily calling reports and update the CRM regularly.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass; graduate candidates preferred.
Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel, WhatsApp, and CRM.
Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
Positive attitude, confidence, and a willingness to learn.
Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or lead generation is preferred.
