About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Back Office Executive with hands-on experience in the Banking/BFSI/DSA industry. The candidate should be capable of independently managing day-to-day banking processes, documentation, coordination, and MIS activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently handle day-to-day banking and back-office processes.
• Manage customer/application documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with banks, DSA teams, customers, and internal departments.
• Track applications, documentation, approvals, and disbursements.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly MIS reports.
• Handle data entry, reconciliation, and process-related follow-ups.
• Work extensively on MS Excel for reports, data management, and analysis.
• Ensure timely completion of banking process-related activities.
• Travel within Pune city as required for banking or business-related work.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Banking, BFSI, DSA, NBFC, or financial services.
• Good understanding of banking and loan-related processes.
• Ability to independently manage back-office operations.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation.
• Willingness to travel within Pune city.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred

Candidates who have previously worked with DSAs, banks, NBFCs, or financial service companies will be preferred.

Pay

₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
