Customer Service Assistant

Key Responsibilities Inquiry Handling: Respond promptly to customer questions regarding products, services, and policies via phone, email, or chat. Issue Resolution: Listen to complaints, troubleshoot problems patiently, and deliver quick solutions or escalate complex cases to management. Order \& Account Management: Process client orders, billing changes, service upgrades, and track returns or refunds. Data Logging: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, feedback, and support tickets using CRM software. Administrative Support: Manage incoming mail, log company voice boxes, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
