Graphic Designer Internship

What You'll Work On

Design social media creatives, digital ads and brand assets for client campaigns Create UI mockups, landing page layouts and app screens in Figma Assist in developing visual identity systems: logos, color palettes and typography Collaborate with copywriters, marketers and developers on project deliverables Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative concept development Prepare design files for handoff and maintain organised Figma libraries Present design concepts during internal and client-facing reviews

Who We're Looking For Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field Working knowledge of Figma: basic layouts, frames and components Strong sense of visual aesthetics: typography, color and hierarchy Eager to learn, open to feedback and able to iterate quickly A portfolio (college or personal projects) that demonstrates design thinking Good communication skills with a learning approach and positive mindset

Internship Structure

PHASE 1: LEARNING (Months 1 to 4\) Unpaid. Focus on onboarding, skill-building and assisting on live projects with guided mentorship.

PHASE 2: PERFORMING (Months 5 to 6\) Paid stipend, with the amount based only on performance and skills. Independent project ownership. The stipend for the paid phase depends only on your performance and skills

Pay

₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
