We’re a digital-first marketing and advertising agency in Pune that helps brands stop blending in and become the main character of their industry. Our clients span real estate, healthcare, education, manufacturing, jewellery and more.

What you’ll do

Help plan monthly content calendars for client social media accounts
Write captions, hooks and short-form copy for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube
Create and edit posts, reels and short videos using Canva, CapCut or similar tools
Schedule and publish content, and track daily engagement
Research trends, competitors and relevant hashtags and audio
Support community management by replying to comments and messages
Pull weekly performance numbers (reach, engagement, follower growth) and help prepare reports
Pitch ideas in team brainstorms, because the best idea wins here

What we’re looking for

Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in marketing, mass communication, design or a related field (any background is fine if your portfolio is strong)
Good written English, and Hindi or Marathi is a bonus
Strong understanding of how Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media platforms work
Creative, curious and willing to learn quickly
Ability to take feedback and meet deadlines

Good to have

Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite, analytics tools or AI tools for content

What you’ll get

Internship details

Duration: 6 months
Location: Pune office, Monday to Thursday in the office, \[Friday: work from home or in office]
Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
