Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Legal Intern who is interested in learning and gaining practical experience in conveyancing and property documentation.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting sale deeds, agreements for sale, leave and licence agreements, MOUs, and other property-related documents.
- Prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions.
- Assist with property document verification and basic title searches.
- Learn the process of property registration at the Sub-Registrar Office.
- Assist with Marathi and English legal drafting, typing, and documentation.
- Handle basic office work related to conveyancing practice.
Eligibility
- Candidates pursuing LLB or interested in building a career in conveyancing practice.
- Basic knowledge of legal drafting and property documentation is preferred.
- Basic Marathi typing skills are an advantage.
- Freshers are welcome; training will be provided to interested candidates.
