About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, organised, and AI-savvy fresher to work closely with our Founder. You will assist with lead generation, proposal creation, team coordination, digital marketing activities, and personal branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Research potential clients, identify prospects, and support lead generation and follow-up activities.

• Proposal Creation:Assist in preparing client proposals, presentations, and marketing documents.

• Team Coordination: Track task progress, follow up with team members, and ensure timely execution of deliverables.

• Digital Marketing Support: Assist with ongoing SEO, social media, and other digital marketing activities.

• AI Research \& Automation: Explore and evaluate AI tools for lead generation, research, productivity, and day-to-day business communication.

• LinkedIn Content Ideas: Research trends and suggest content ideas for LinkedIn personal branding and business growth.

• Daily Operations: Help manage schedules, meeting notes, emails, documentation, and other administrative tasks.

Required Skills

• Good working knowledge of Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and other AI tools.

• Strong research, communication, and organisational skills.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing and LinkedIn.

• A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to take ownership of tasks.
