Purchase Engineer

Key Responsibilities: (WORK FROM HOME )

• Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers/vendors for electrical materials, testing instruments, and installation tools.
• Coordinate with project and technical teams to understand material and equipment requirements.
• Prepare RFQs (Request for Quotation), compare quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders.
• Monitor and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods at project sites.
• Maintain and update purchase records, vendor databases, and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.
• Coordinate with accounts and logistics teams for payment processing and shipment tracking.
• Assist in cost control and budgeting for procurement-related activities.
• Support audit and inventory processes as required.
