Are you passionate about human resources and eager to gain hands-on experience in the tech industry? Look no further than Splashgain Technology Solutions Private Limited! We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive (intern) to join our team and assist in various HR functions.

What you’ll do

• End-to-end recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
• Employee records administration: Maintain accurate employee records and streamline onboarding processes.
• HR policy development: Assist in creating and implementing HR policies, ensuring employee compliance.
• Payroll and benefits administration: Support payroll processing and manage employee benefits, including group medical insurance.
• Performance appraisals: Aid in the performance appraisal process, helping evaluate and enhance employee performance.
• Training and orientation: Coordinate training sessions and orientation programs, aligning them with organizational goals.

Requirements \& qualifications

• Graduates with a B.Com/BBA in HR, or MBA in HR can apply.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in an HR field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactivity and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must be willing to work full-time from the office.
