Job Description

Zucol Services is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and a passion for building strong client relationships and generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Manage and update the client database with accurate contact details and interaction history.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Negotiate with clients and close deals effectively.
• Handle client feedback professionally and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
• Conduct market and client research to develop effective business strategies.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0.6–2 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn.
