Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident candidates for the position of Telecaller Cum Sales Executive. The selected candidates will contact potential clients, explain our digital marketing services, generate business leads, and help convert prospects into customers.
This is a part-time, work-from-home opportunity suitable for candidates with good communication skills and an interest in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and businesses.
- Explain CareMedia's digital marketing and PR services.
- Generate leads and identify potential customers.
- Follow up with interested prospects through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule meetings and consultations with potential clients.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Work towards achieving sales targets and generating business opportunities.
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales, telecalling, or customer handling.
- Confidence in speaking with business owners and potential clients.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and online communication tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
