JOB DESCRIPTION

Handle customer queries for an Ecommerce process through non-voice support channels. Understand customer concerns and provide clear, accurate and timely written resolutions.

The role involves supporting customers with order and service-related queries, documenting interactions appropriately and maintaining professional written communication throughout the customer journey.

Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced customer-service environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.
