Injection Moulding Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Operate injection moulding machines as per standard operating procedures.
• Set up and monitor machines for smooth production.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
• Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
• Identify and report machine malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor.
• Change moulds and materials as instructed by the production supervisor.
• Maintain production records, rejection reports, and shift logs.
• Ensure minimum material wastage and optimum machine utilization.
• Follow 5S, safety guidelines, and company policies at all times.
• Coordinate with the Quality and Maintenance teams to resolve production issues.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment.

Pay

₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
