Production/Operations Manager-Helmet Division

Plan and manage daily production activities to achieve targets and delivery schedules.

• Monitor production efficiency, productivity, rejection, rework, and machine downtime.

• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, materials, and resources.

• Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase, and Dispatch teams.

• Ensure compliance with product quality requirements and applicable BIS/ISI standards.

• Reduce production wastage, rejection, and manufacturing costs.

• Manage and motivate production teams and ensure proper manpower allocation.

• Ensure implementation of 5S, safety procedures, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective and preventive actions.

• Prepare and review daily/weekly production and performance reports.

• Support new product development, process improvement, and capacity enhancement.

Pay

₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
