Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Presentations \& Demos: Deliver high-impact product demonstrations and presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Needs Assessment: Meet with clients to evaluate their operational environments, systems, and constraints to recommend tailored solutions.
• Proposal Development: Write technical proposals, review customer drawings, and prepare cost and expense estimates in collaboration with internal teams.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the liaison between clients, sales executives, and engineering teams.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team in closing strategic deals, answering technical objections, and leading proof-of-concept evaluations.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, related field) or equivalent technical experience. (Freshers can apply.)
• Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of the Pre Engineered Buildings, Civil Construction
• Communication: Exceptional public speaking skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, relatable terms.
• Sales Process Knowledge: Familiarity with the buyer’s journey, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and consultative selling.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose client challenges and model financial or operational improvements.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
