Job Description

To Drive liability sales for Current Accounts across assigned area by leading and mentoring sales teams, ensuring compliance, achieving revenue targets, and promoting cross-sell opportunities.

Responsibilities

Managerial Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor sales teams across multiple branches/locations.
• Drive recruitment, training, retention, and talent development.
• Monitor performance metrics, ensure compliance and governance, and achieve area-level business objectives.
• Act as a bridge between regional leadership and branch teams.

Functional Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, training, and guidance of Officers/Sr. Officers/AM – Sales across the area to achieve budgets and incentives.
• Deliver quality liability accounts to strengthen the retail book.
• Ensure team productivity, cross-sell assets and third-party products, monitor market trends and policy changes, assist vertical head in product design, and implement regulatory requirements.
• Drive area-level sales campaigns, customer engagement activities, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
