Accountant (Manufacturing Apparel Industry)

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining books of accounts in Tally
• Passing purchase, sales, expense, journal, bank, and cash entries
• Handling GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliance work
• Coordinating with CA for returns, filings, and taxation matters
• Bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation
• Maintaining vendor and customer accounts
• Preparing invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and payment records
• Maintaining cash flow, expense tracking, and financial records
• Handling salary records, attendance coordination, and payroll support
• Maintaining stock and inventory-related accounting records
• Managing petty cash and daily accounting operations
• Preparing MIS reports and assisting management in financial reporting
• Coordinating with factories, transporters, vendors, and management regarding accounts-related matters
• Maintaining proper documentation and filing of financial records
• Any other accounting, operational, or administrative work assigned by management from time to time

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
