Senior Relationship Manager Equity

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new clients through referrals, leads, or sales activities.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Understand clients' financial goals and risk tolerance.
• Recommend investment products such as equities, mutual funds, IPOs, bonds, and other market-linked products (subject to company policy and regulations).
• Assist clients with opening trading and demat accounts.
• Provide market updates and investment insights.
• Encourage clients to trade and invest through the brokerage platform.
• Resolve customer queries related to trading, accounts, and transactions.
