About the Role

We are looking for a senior Civil professional with strong experience in high-rise buildings and real estate construction, preferably from the contractor/EPC side.

The role will involve business development, client management, project acquisition and senior-level oversight of construction operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development for high-rise, residential, commercial and large-scale construction projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with developers, clients, consultants and key industry stakeholders.
• Lead client meetings, project presentations, negotiations and project acquisition discussions.
• Identify new project opportunities and support tender/pre-bid and proposal activities.
• Provide strategic oversight to project execution, ensuring quality, cost and timelines.
• Guide Project Managers, Construction Managers and site teams on critical project matters.
• Review project plans, BOQs, contracts, budgets, schedules and construction methodologies.
• Monitor project performance, commercial aspects, billing, variations and client certifications.
• Coordinate with procurement, commercial and technical teams for effective project delivery.
• Resolve critical technical, commercial and execution issues in coordination with senior management.
• Represent the company in client meetings, business discussions and industry engagements.

Candidate Profile

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 20+ years of relevant experience in civil construction.
• Strong experience in high-rise / real estate / large-scale building projects.
• Contractor-side / EPC experience preferred.
• Experience in business development, client acquisition, tendering or project acquisition.
• Strong project management and commercial understanding.
• Proven leadership and team-management experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel/relocate as required.
• Age Limit: 50 Years
