We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Marketing Executive with experience in Business Development, Marketing, or Merchandising within the export industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in lead generation, buyer communication, product development coordination, and international sales support.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development and sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research and lead generation to identify potential international buyers.
• Manage international buyer communication and onboarding.
• Coordinate sampling, costing, and product development for new buyers.
• Work closely with design and merchandising teams to support product development.
• Assist in pricing, product category planning, and export process understanding.
• Coordinate with buyers from international trade fairs and ensure timely post-show follow-ups.
• Ensure packaging standards meet international market requirements.
• Maintain detailed records, reports, and presentations for internal and external communication.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, or Merchandising (preferably in export industry).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of export processes, pricing, and product categories.
• Experience in market research and lead generation.
• Ability to manage international buyer communication effectively.
• Proficiency in Adobe tools and Microsoft Excel.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
