Customer Service (USA shift) (Work From Office Only)

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Executive with fluent English to support our US-based customers. You will be the first point of contact for customer queries for our translation company, making sure every interaction is handled clearly, politely, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via \[calls / chat / email]
• Resolve issues and complaints promptly and professionally
• Provide accurate information about our products and services
• Maintain records of customer interactions in our system
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when needed
• Meet quality and response-time targets

Requirements

• Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory)
• \[Graduate in any stream / 12th pass]
• Clear communication and good listening skills
• Willingness to work night shifts (06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST)
• Basic computer skills (email, MS Office / Google Workspace)
• Freshers welcome / Minimum 1 year(s) of customer service or international process experience

Pay

₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
