Job Title: Customer Support Executive Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Degree Experience: Freshers & Experienced Languages: English + Hindi/Tamil/Malayalam Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts Salary: Freshers: ₹25,000 CTC (₹17,000 In-Hand) Experienced: ₹28,000 CTC (₹20,000 In-Hand) Job Responsibilities: Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions. Resolve service-related issues. Assist customers with prepaid and postpaid services. Requirements: Good communication skills in English and any one of the mentioned languages. Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
