Quality Control Engineer

Responsibilities: Inspect raw materials, bought-out parts, fabricated parts, and assembled machines. Verify dimensions, fitment, wiring, tubing, finishing, labeling, and documentation. Perform stage-wise inspection during machine assembly. Maintain inspection reports, checklists, rejection records, and quality documents. Coordinate with production, purchase, and vendors for quality issues. Ensure products are manufactured as per drawings, BOM, SOPs, and customer requirements. Support testing, calibration, validation, and final dispatch inspection. Identify defects, suggest corrective actions, and prevent repeat failures. Required Skills: Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and assembly inspection. Ability to read drawings, wiring diagrams, and BOMs. Basic knowledge of measuring instruments and quality documentation.
