Factory Incharge Trainee

About the Role Freshyzo Foods Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a sincere, disciplined and growth-oriented Assistant Supervisor Trainee to join our dairy manufacturing team. The selected candidate will be trained in production, quality control, packaging, factory operations and team management with the opportunity to grow into a Factory Supervisor. Key Responsibilities • Assist in milk receiving and raw material handling. • Support daily production and packaging operations. • Ensure compliance with company SOPs and food safety standards. • Monitor product quality during processing and packaging. • Coordinate with helpers and machine operators. • Maintain production records and daily reports. • Supervise housekeeping and factory cleanliness. • Assist in dispatch planning and execution whenever required. • Ensure proper handling of materials, crates and finished products. • Report operational issues to the Factory Supervisor. Eligibility • Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass • Preferred: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc. (Food, Dairy, Agriculture, Mechanical or related field) • Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience may apply. • Basic computer knowledge will be an added advantage. Duty Timing Regular Shift: • 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM • 1 Hour Lunch Break Dispatch Days: • Duty timing will be 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM, followed by attendance during the night dispatch as per operational requirements. Salary & Benefits • Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month • Attendance Bonus: ₹2,000 per month • Performance Bonus: ₹2,000 per month (based on performance) • Free Accommodation • Free Food • Overtime: ₹70 per hour (as per company policy) Retention Bonus • After 6 Months – ₹5,000 • After 12 Months – ₹20,000 • After 24 Months – ₹50,000
