Job Title: Electrical Repair Technician Company: Starvance LLP Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh Department: Electrical / Technical Operations Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with practical knowledge may also apply) Salary: As per experience and skills Job Summary Starvance LLP is looking for a skilled and responsible Electrical Repair Technician to inspect, diagnose, repair, and test electrical products. The candidate should have practical knowledge of electrical components, troubleshooting, product maintenance, and quality testing. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair faulty electrical products such as fans, LED lights, lamps, and other electrical appliances. Identify technical faults in wiring, switches, circuits, and electrical components. Perform product testing and quality checks after repairs. Replace defective components and carry out necessary repairs. Use electrical tools and testing equipment safely. Maintain records of repaired products, faults, and spare parts used. Ensure repaired products meet quality and safety standards. Coordinate with the warehouse and operations teams regarding defective products. Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized repair workspace. Follow workplace safety procedures and electrical handling guidelines. Required Skills Practical knowledge of electrical repair and troubleshooting. Understanding of wiring, circuits, and electrical components. Ability to use a multimeter and basic electrical testing tools. Knowledge of LED lights, fans, and electrical appliances is preferred. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and within a team. Educational Qualification ITI in Electrician, Electronics, or a related trade is preferred.
