Business Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities Oversee overall business operations, project execution and team management. Handle business development, client relationships and new business opportunities. Manage government tendering, bidding and liaisoning with departments such as PWD, CPWD, MCD and Railways. Supervise projects involving boom barriers, bollards, automated gates, anti-smog guns and related equipment. Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, vendors and internal departments to ensure timely project completion. Monitor project costs, quotations, billing, payment follow-ups and profitability. Provide regular progress reports to the Directors and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
