About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly result-oriented Tele Sales Executive with proven experience in the Forex / CFD / Financial Markets industry.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of the trading industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to convert leads into active clients.

Key Responsibilities

Handle high-volume outbound calls to potential clients.
Convert qualified leads into active trading clients.
Explain Forex/CFD products, trading platform, account features, spreads and services.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
Handle client objections and build trust with prospective traders.
Guide clients through the account opening and onboarding process.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Maintain accurate lead and sales records in CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly conversion targets.
Coordinate with Marketing, Operations and Client Support teams.
Stay updated with Forex/CFD products, market developments and competitor offerings.

Candidate Profile

2+ years of relevant Forex / CFD / Stock Market / Financial Services sales experience preferred.
Proven track record in client acquisition and conversion.
Strong English communication and convincing skills.
Excellent objection-handling and negotiation ability.
Good knowledge of Forex/CFD trading and financial markets.
Target-oriented and highly motivated.
Comfortable handling international clients.
Candidates with an existing sales track record in the Forex industry will be given priority.

Compensation

Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate.

We are prepared to offer a premium salary package + attractive performance-based incentives based on experience, existing performance and proven conversion ability.
