Job Summary

The Health Renewals for health insurance renewal processes, supporting renewal executives with product knowledge, customer handling, and retention strategies. The role focuses on ensuring high renewal conversion, reducing churn, and delivering an excellent customer experience through expert guidance and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complex customer queries and escalations.
• Ensure customer retention through follow-ups.
• Manage high-value and critical renewal cases.
• Coordinate with insurers and internal teams.
• Guide the team on renewal practices and pitches.
• Monitor renewal quality and compliance.
• Support TL/ATL in achieving targets.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of Health Insurance products and renewal processes

Proven experience in customer retention and objection handling

Excellent communication skills (Hindi & basic English preferred)

Ability to handle escalations and difficult customers confidently

Target-driven mindset with problem-solving skills

Comfortable using CRM systems and renewal portals

Attention to detail and compliance orientation

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 6 months of experience in Health Insurance Renewals

Experience in customer retention or renewal sales is mandatory
