Purchase Executive

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to handle day-to-day procurement activities, vendor coordination, and material purchases.

Key Responsibilities

Handle purchase and procurement activities as per requirements.

Source and coordinate with vendors for materials and services.

Obtain and compare quotations and negotiate prices.

Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up on deliveries.

Coordinate with Stores, Accounts, Production, and other departments.

Maintain purchase records, vendor details, and related documentation.

Resolve issues related to quality, quantity, pricing, and delivery.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.

Graduate/Diploma in any relevant field.

Good negotiation and vendor management skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

ERP/SAP/Tally knowledge will be an added advantage.

Good communication and follow-up skills.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
