About the Role
Ganga Infrabuild Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and organized Store Keeper for our construction site in Awadh, Lucknow. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily inventory, receiving construction materials, maintaining stock records, and ensuring smooth material issuance to the site team.
Key Responsibilities
Material Receipt & Inspection: Check incoming construction materials (cement, steel, hardware, tools, etc.) against purchase orders for correct quantity and quality.
- Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate daily inward/outward stock registers and physical inventory records.
- Material Issuance
- Issue materials strictly as per approved requisitions and keep track of daily consumption at the site.
- Stock Auditing
- Conduct regular stock checks to prevent shortages, damages, or pilferage, and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Vendor & Site Coordination
- Coordinate with site engineers, accountants, and suppliers regarding material deliveries, challans, and bills.
- Store Maintenance
- Keep the site store clean, organized, and properly stacked for easy identification and safety compliance.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience working as a Store Keeper, preferably in the construction, real estate, or infrastructure sector.
- Education
- Graduate or Intermediate (12th Pass) with basic computer knowledge (Excel/MS Office).
- Skills
- Strong record-keeping skills, honesty, attention to detail, and ability to manage site inventory under pressure.
- Pay
- ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
