Key Responsibilities
- Inbound & Outbound Support
- Handle professional calls to address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our database to ensure seamless follow-ups.
- Quality Assurance
- Ensure every interaction aligns with company standards for professionalism and service quality.
- Daily Reporting
- Provide daily end-of-day updates on call volume and resolution status.
Requirements
Good verbal communication and listening skills.
Ability to remain calm, professional, and patient under pressure.
Basic computer proficiency for data entry and record management.
High school diploma or equivalent; previous customer service experience is a plus.
