We’re a digital marketing agency focused on healthcare. We help dental chains, fertility clinics and hospitals get more patients through Meta Ads, and we measure success in patients who walk in, not just leads on a dashboard.

About the Role

Meta now automates much of the technical work, so we need someone who can think, not just click buttons in Ads Manager. You’ll run Meta Ads campaigns for healthcare clients, work out what’s really driving results, and use AI tools every day to work faster and smarter.

What You’ll Do

Plan, launch and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook and Instagram) for healthcare clients

Study results and find what’s really working and what isn’t

Suggest ad ideas and angles to the creative team, based on data

Test new offers, audiences, creatives and lead forms, and learn from the results

Track whether leads turn into appointments and patients, not just form fills

Use AI to speed up research, copywriting, analysis and reporting

Prepare simple monthly reports that explain results in plain language

Explain to clients why you’re making each decision

Follow Meta’s ad policies for health-related ads (we’ll guide you)

What We’re Looking For

1 year of hands-on experience running Meta Ads with real budgets

Comfort with CPL, CTR, CPM, frequency and conversion rate

Strong problem-solving

you find the reason behind a problem, not just the symptom

Daily use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar), with real examples you can show us

You check AI output before using it

Clear communication in English and Hindi, spoken and written

Comfort with Excel or Google Sheets for basic analysis

Good to Have

Experience with healthcare, clinic or service-business ads

Basic understanding of lead tracking (CRM, Pixel, Conversions API)

Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, CRM workflows)

Experience working with a creative or video team

Healthcare experience is a bonus, not a must. If you think clearly and learn fast, we’ll teach you the rest.

Report numbers without explaining what they mean

Copy competitor ads without thinking

Avoid AI tools, or copy-paste AI output without checking it
