About this job

Patient Care & Monitoring: Measure and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure, respiration, and oxygen levels), manage wound dressings, and execute doctor-ordered treatments.

Medication Administration: Give oral, intravenous (IV), and intramuscular (IM) medications accurately while maintaining strict logs.

Admissions & Discharges: Handle new patient intakes, organize room setups, prepare discharge summaries, and educate patients or family members on post-care.

Ward Administration: Maintain daily shift reports, manage medical equipment inventories, and ensure infection-control and hygiene standards are met.

Team Handovers: Conduct shift-to-shift handovers with incoming nurses and escalate emergency status changes to the duty doctor immediately

Education: Bsc,Nursing, GNM

Minimum 4-5 year experience

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
