Store Executive / Store In-ChargeJob Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Executive to manage our store operations, inventory, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally ERP, inventory management, purchase and sales documentation, and material handling. The candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining accurate records while ensuring smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations and maintain inventory records.

Handle inward and outward material transactions.

Maintain stock registers and ensure inventory accuracy.

Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (POs), Sales Orders (SOs), delivery challans, invoices, and other store-related documents.

Enter and maintain records in Tally ERP.

Verify received materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for replenishment.

Maintain proper documentation for all material movements.

Coordinate with production, sales, and accounts departments.

Perform regular stock verification and inventory audits.

Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials.

Generate inventory and stock reports as required by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in store or inventory management.

Good working knowledge of Tally ERP.

Experience creating Purchase Orders (POs) and Sales Orders (SOs).

Strong knowledge of inventory management and store documentation.

Familiarity with various materials, components, and spare parts.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environment is preferred.
