QA Tester – Manual & Automation

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented QA Tester with 0–1 year of experience and knowledge of both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of software testing concepts, good analytical skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. The candidate should be willing to learn, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to delivering reliable, high-quality software products.

Roles and Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories to understand application behavior.

Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering quality software.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test checklists.

Perform end to end testing, including functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and UI testing.

Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web or mobile applications.

Identify, document, track, and retest defects using bug-tracking tools.

Report bugs with clear steps to reproduce, expected results, actual results, and supporting evidence.

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to clarify requirements and resolve issues.

Participate in requirement reviews, test planning, test execution, and defect-triage meetings.

Maintain test documentation, execution reports, and automation test results.

Communicate testing progress, blockers, risks, and defect status to the team.

Continuously improve testing processes, test coverage, and automation efficiency.

Experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG or Playwright

Knowledge of automation frameworks such as Page Object Model (POM).

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
