Job Description
Homworks, a Prominance Group venture specialising in customised modular home interior solutions, is hiring Diploma Engineering freshers for its engineering and manufacturing operations.
This is an opportunity for fresh diploma holders to gain hands-on exposure to modular furniture manufacturing, production processes, quality control, machinery, and engineering operations.
Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day production and engineering activities.
Support modular furniture manufacturing operations.
Learn production processes, machinery operations, and quality standards.
Assist with quality inspections and technical documentation.
Read and interpret basic engineering drawings.
Coordinate with production, engineering, quality, and maintenance teams.
Maintain operational records and follow safety procedures.
Support manufacturing efficiency and continuous improvement activities.
Candidate Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic technical knowledge and problem-solving ability.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a factory environment.
Positive attitude, discipline, and teamwork.
