Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with strong full-stack development expertise and proven team leadership skills to drive technical delivery, architecture, and application development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the development team.

Design scalable application architectures and REST APIs.

Drive hands-on development, code reviews, and technical decision-making.

Manage task allocation, delivery timelines, and code quality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in React.js, Node.js, Angular, PostgreSQL, and Docker.

Expertise in REST APIs, application architecture, and database optimization.

Minimum 5 years of team-handling experience.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred: Experience in manufacturing digital transformation, MES, ERP, Industry 4.0, or shop-floor digitization.
