Senior Manager - Client & Sales Development

Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue through inbound and outbound sales, lead conversion, customer reactivation, and repeat purchases.

Lead and manage a team of 5–7 sales professionals, ensuring productivity, target achievement, and performance improvement.

Own individual and team sales targets, revenue goals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.

Identify and prioritize high-potential leads using customer data, purchase history, and engagement patterns.

Engage customers through calls, emails, chat, WhatsApp, and video consultations to improve conversions.

Build strong client relationships and drive customer retention through personalized sales strategies.

Oversee post-sales support, follow-ups, issue resolution, exchanges, and refunds wherever required.

Collaborate with customer experience, marketing, and operations teams to improve the overall customer journey.

Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, analyze trends, and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.

Coach and mentor team members to build a customer-focused and performance-driven sales culture.
