Lead Generation Executive - Night shift

𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭: 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮'𝐥𝐥 𝐝𝐨

• Research and identify prospective customers across target industries and global markets.
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io and other prospecting platforms.
• Build targeted prospect lists and identify key decision-makers.
• Initiate conversations with potential customers and qualify opportunities.
• Schedule discovery meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute outbound campaigns.
• Consistently achieve lead generation and meeting booking targets.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫

• 2 - 5 years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, SDR, or BDR roles.
• Strong experience in outbound prospecting and appointment setting.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Upwork, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with US, UK, Europe, or APAC markets is preferred.
• Exposure to Salesforce, SaaS, CRM, or IT Services is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
