MBA Hospital Management – NABH Consultant

• Assist hospitals in NABH accreditation and compliance activities.
• Prepare, review, and maintain NABH documentation, policies, SOPs, manuals, and formats.
• Conduct internal audits and compliance assessments as per NABH standards.
• Identify gaps and prepare corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans.
• Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure implementation of NABH requirements.
• Maintain quality indicators, records, registers, and supporting documentation.
• Conduct staff awareness and training sessions related to NABH standards, quality, patient safety, and documentation.
• Support hospitals during NABH assessments, audits, and inspections.
• Prepare audit reports and follow up on compliance and improvement activities.

Candidate Profile

• MBA in Hospital Management / Healthcare Management.
• Good knowledge of NABH standards, hospital quality management, documentation, and auditing.
• Strong documentation and report-writing skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Willingness to travel to client hospitals, if required.
• Freshers with relevant internship/project experience may also apply.
