About the Internship

AS Consultancy is hiring an enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern who wants to build a career in Human Resources and Recruitment. This internship provides practical experience in candidate sourcing, calling, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and recruitment operations.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, social media, and internal databases.
• Call and screen potential candidates.
• Understand candidate qualifications, experience, salary expectations, and location preferences.
• Share suitable job opportunities with candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews and demo sessions.
• Maintain candidate data in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Conduct regular candidate follow-ups.
• Assist the senior recruitment team in closing positions.
• Learn the complete recruitment process from sourcing to candidate joining.
• Help in hiring teachers and faculty for IIT-JEE, NEET, Foundation, CBSE, ICSE, schools, and coaching institutes.

Eligibility

• Graduate / Final-Year Student / MBA HR student preferred.
• Freshers can apply.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Comfortable with calling and candidate interaction.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
• Interested in building a career in HR and Recruitment.
