Hamare baare mein

AroundWare Innovative Technologies Lucknow ki software development aur digital marketing company hai. Hum hotels ko online platforms (MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Goibibo, Agoda etc.) par manage karke unki bookings aur revenue badhane mein madad karte hain.

Role ke baare mein

Hum Gorakhpur mein freelance sales partner dhoondh rahe hain jo local hotels ko hamari OTA management service se jodein. Aapko hotel owners aur managers se milna hai, hamari service samjhani hai aur unhe hamari team se connect karna hai. Yeh field visits wali job hai.

Aapki Responsibilities

• Apne shehar ke hotels, guest houses aur homestays se milkar hamari OTA management service ke baare mein batana

• Hotel owners ko hamari team se connect karna

• Hotel onboard hone ke baad relationship banaye rakhna

• Apni meetings aur follow-ups ka simple record rakhna

Earning kaise hogi

• Fixed salary nahi hai, yeh commission based job hai

• 2% commission: aapke connect kiye hotel ki total billing ka 2%, har mahine

• Rs 1000 one-time bonus har hotel par. Hotel se pehli billing hote hi commission ke saath release hoga

• Transport allowance: 3 hotels connect hone ke baad

• Fast payment: hotel se payment aate hi agle din aapka payment clear

• Jitne zyada hotels connect honge, utni zyada recurring monthly income

Permanent job ka mauka

Jo freelancer achha performance aur achha revenue dega, use 6 mahine ke andar performance aur management decision ke basis par company payroll par permanent job (fixed salary ke saath) di ja sakti hai. Yeh ek mauka hai, guarantee nahi.
