Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Electronics Assembly Line Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling electronic components, sub-assemblies, and finished products according to strict quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components, printed circuit boards (PCBs), and wiring harnesses using hand tools and automated equipment.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Conduct routine quality checks and inspections on finished parts to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Maintain equipment, keep the workstation clean, and adhere to all plant safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot minor assembly or component issues and report defects to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Qualification: ITI certification in Electronics, Electrical, or a related trade.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in an electronics manufacturing or assembly environment (freshers with strong practical ITI knowledge are welcome).
• Skills: Good manual dexterity, attention to detail, and basic understanding of electronic components and circuitry.
• Soft Skills: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced production environment.

Pay

₹8,100.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
