Urgent Requirement - Sales staff for Jewellery Showroom

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Welcome walk-in clients, assess their preferences and occasion needs, and recommend appropriate gold, diamond, polki, or bridal jewellery pieces.
• Product Expertise: Clearly explain product details—including specifications, making charges, BIS Hallmark purity, weight, and pricing—to help customers make informed decisions.
• Sales Performance: Consistently meet or exceed daily, monthly, and annual sales targets at both individual and store levels.
• Store Operations: Support billing processes, conduct daily stock checks, and ensure counters and displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Client Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships by maintaining a customer database for follow-ups, repeat purchases, and personalized service.

Requirements \& Skills

• Experience: 1–3 years of retail counter sales experience, ideally in jewellery or luxury showrooms.
• Communication: Fluency in local languages and basic English, with strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills.
• Personal Attributes: Confident, well-groomed, customer-centric, and motivated to achieve sales goals.
