Repair & Maintenance Technician

Job Role

We are seeking a dedicated R\&M Technician to manage the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) maintenance of our supermarket stores and ensure zero equipment downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain crucial store equipment, including Transformers, UPS/Inverters, AC/Chillers/Freezers, lighting fixtures, and plumbing/civil works.
• Ensure strict adherence to fire, electrical, and general safety standards at all times.
• Manage and coordinate with AMC vendors until complaints are fully resolved.
• Implement procedures to minimize utility costs and prevent unwanted power utilization.
• Maintain accurate financial processes, including daily updates on the R\&M portal and managing petty cash approvals.

Requirements

• Diploma,ITI, BE, or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• 1-5 years of experience, preferably within retail, QSR, or a multi-unit business.

Pay

₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
