What You’ll Do

• Manage daily production and achieve targets on time.
• Plan daily work and assign tasks to the team.
• Supervise printing, binding, cutting \& finishing work.
• Monitor production, quality and material wastage.
• Manage and guide operators and helpers.
• Coordinate with Inventory, Packing \& Quality teams.
• Ensure machines and production work run smoothly.
• Handle basic machine/production issues.
• Maintain daily production records and share updates with management.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in production.
• Experience in printing, publication or industrial production preferred.
• Good team and manpower management skills.
• Basic knowledge of printing and production processes.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
